ACAchraf Chakir
Founder & Revenue Systems Engineer
Founder of Innovate Mind. Track record in backend and software architecture combined with hands-on experience in revenue systems, anti-fraud detection, tracking, attribution and performance operations.
Innovate Mind and Spend Sentinel come from combining those pieces: serious backend engineering + performance economics. I care about what we build actually working, being measurable and someone else being able to maintain it later.
What I do within Innovate Mind
I lead the company and the technical area. I'm directly involved in architecture decisions, integrations and in the construction of the systems we deliver to clients.
Direction and vision
Deciding which projects we take on, with what model and with what technical criteria. Defining where Innovate Mind grows toward and what type of client and partner fits what we know how to do.
Technical lead
Backend architecture, critical integrations, code quality delivered, security, reasonable scalability and maintenance. When the project requires it, I execute directly.
Technical areas where I work
Two dimensions that don't always live together: backend architecture and performance economics. Track record in backend development, revenue systems, anti-fraud, tracking and attribution. Experience in environments where acquisition, data and backend were connected — where the numbers had to hold end-to-end.
Backend and architecture
Design and construction of backend services, APIs and event-oriented architectures. Focus on maintainable, observable and scalable systems when the project asks for it, without over-engineering when it doesn't.
Revenue systems
Design and implementation of revenue systems: commission calculation, conversion validation, reconciliation between acquisition and backend, and full auditability of every event.
Anti-fraud detection & prevention
Rule-based systems and anomaly detection over acquisition and conversion data. Deterministic-first approach — mathematical and pattern signals — with human explanation on top.
Tracking & attribution
Server-side tracking, postbacks, Conversion APIs, click-ID mapping, first-party data and attribution pipelines that survive platform changes.
Performance & affiliate operations
Experience with CPA/CPL models, source-quality ratios, payout reconciliation and partner/affiliate operations tied to backend data.
Data & automation
Modeling, cleaning and transformation of data with queues and backend processes. Automation of internal and client operations when it replaces criteria-less manual tasks.
Applied AI
AI models and APIs as an explanation and interpretation layer on top of deterministic engines. Without buying the trend, measuring what it adds and what it doesn't.
CRM & integrations
Implementation and adaptation of CRM to the team's real process, with integrations to forms, marketing, communication, invoicing and payment gateways.
Technical involvement in corporate environments and international revenue systems
Technical involvement in projects linked to brands and corporate environments such as JTI, El Corte Inglés, TMB, KIA, Moeve and E.Leclerc — including backend systems, data processing, inventory, content distribution, queues, integrations and program development for commercial environments in France. In parallel, technical involvement in revenue systems deployed for clients in the United States, including backend work, anti-fraud detection & prevention, tracking and reconciliation between acquisition and revenue data.
The brands mentioned refer to projects or environments in which Achraf has participated technically during his professional career. They don't necessarily imply a current direct commercial relationship with Innovate Mind. For some revenue/anti-fraud projects, client names cannot be published due to confidentiality. In each case the role has been technical — architecture, data, backend, revenue systems, anti-fraud or integrations — within broader teams or work chains.
Technologies I work with
I don't adopt a technology because it's trendy: I choose it when it solves a real problem, is maintainable and fits with the rest of the system.
Own projects and internal product
In addition to client projects, I keep own initiatives where I experiment with architecture, data and product.
Innovate Mind
Engineering of the infrastructure between acquisition and backend revenue for performance, iGaming and regulated brokerage. Achraf leads general direction and technical architecture.
Go to siteSpend Sentinel
Proprietary revenue-integrity and control layer. Deterministic reconciliation between acquisition and backend, discrepancy and exposure detection, with AI as an explanation layer. Emerges from combining backend, performance operations and anti-fraud.
Go to siteOther internal projects
Automations, internal tools, dashboards and product pieces built to accelerate our own and our clients' operations.
Professional principles
I work with teams and clients from these fixed ideas. They're not a manifesto: they're specific decisions I apply every week.
Make it work before making it pretty
A digital product has to solve a specific problem. If it doesn't solve anything, it doesn't matter how good it looks.
Scope and reality, not promises
I prefer a scoped roadmap with real deliverables than an inflated proposal that doesn't hold up in execution.
Data first
Before deciding structure, integrations or automation, you have to understand the data: where it comes from, how it moves, what decisions it enables.
Maintainability
A system only its builder understands is not an asset, it's a liability. I document, isolate dependencies and think about who will touch it later.
Do you have a complex technical project on your hands?
If the challenge fits what we do, happy to evaluate it. Backend, architecture, data, automation or integrations.
